Please make sure that your mailing address is correct. If you notice a mistake after placing an order and it has not yet shipped, we will update your address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.

The USPS does not accept claims for orders marked "Delivered." It is up to you (buyer) to file a mail theft report with your local police.
