Shipping and Delivery Issues - Package Theft
Please make sure that your mailing address is correct. If you notice a mistake after placing an order and it has not yet shipped, we will update your address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your order is scheduled to be delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance. The USPS does not accept claims for orders marked "Delivered." It is up to you (buyer) to file a mail theft report with your local police. If your neighborhood is not safe, please route to your workplace or a secure PO Box. I will not replace or refund orders at my expense due to theft.

These earrings are a replacement for my original pair that I had purchased several years ago. They are still beautiful , light, and make a great everyday earring. Due to my mistake ,I ordered the wrong size and was surprised that they are definitely smaller than I expected. My original earrings were the larger size. My mistake! I will keep them because I am happy with them and will purchase the larger size at a later time.
