Shipping and Delivery Issues - Package Theft
Please make sure that your mailing address is correct. If you notice a mistake after placing an order and it has not yet shipped, we will update your address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when your order is scheduled to be delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance. The USPS does not accept claims for orders marked "Delivered." It is up to you (buyer) to file a mail theft report with your local police. If your neighborhood is not safe, please route to your workplace or a secure PO Box. I will not replace or refund orders at my expense due to theft.

I love this ring. It looks terrific and is the most comfortable to wear of any ring I have owned. The “domed” shape of the inner surface of the ring eliminates the “cutting” of the metal into your finger so you can hardly feel that it is on your finger. John Brana, the artist who makes the rings, responded very quickly when there was a shipment error and he immediately sent a replacement and paid for shipment both ways. He obviously cares about treating his customers fairly as much as the quality of his products. I highly recommend him.
